I’m Chung Wei Jin,
a UX Design B.F.A graduate from SCAD
I want to create experiences that invoke emotion in other people with the ultimate goal to achieve a sense of accomplishment in others. My preferred platform to create these experiences is through games as they have been a part of my life growing up.
I started learning UX because I believe UX is the tool to bridge my desire to help others achieve a sense of accomplishment and my interest in games. Having been in it in a while, I enjoy learning how I can utilize UX Design to apply my sense of purpose beyond games.
Where I came from
Prior to Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD),
I graduated with a diploma in Games Design & Development back in my hometown, Singapore!
I loved level design and game balancing, but I wanted to expand my horizons and found that what I enjoyed in Games Design, translated into User Experience Design which is how I ended up at SCAD!
What I enjoy
In my free time, I dance, I play video games and I love visiting cat cafes.
